pentland is a company which owns the 5 brands: speedo, berghaus, boxfresh, ONEtrue saxon and ellesse. the first two are technical brands, the second two are fashion brands and ellesse is a mixture of both.
one of our projects this summer was to analyse the differences between technical innovation and trend led fashion and how there could be a possible exchange between fashion and technicality from one brand to another.
to start i researched into each brand and created moodboards in order to visualise the brands. here are my favourite 3:
